Removal Procedure
- Turn vehicle power OFF and remove all keyless entry transmitters from the vehicle and secure in a place outside the vehicle.
Front Trim Finish Compartment (2) - Remove - Front Trim Finish Compartment Removal and Installation
- Drain the drive motor battery cooling system. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling
Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (1) @ Engine Cooler Fan - Remove
Retainer (1) - Release
- Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Radiator - Remove
Retainer (2) - Release [2x]
- Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (1) @ Hybrid/EV Propulsion System Coolant Control Valve 1 - Remove [2x]
- Disconnect and reposition harness as necessary.
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Retainer (1) - Release [2x]
- Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Hybrid/EV Propulsion System Coolant Control Valve 1 - Remove
- Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery Coolant Pump - Remove
- Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
Electrical Connector (1) @ Drive Motor Battery Coolant Level Sensor - Disconnect and reposition
Clip (1) - Remove
- Drive Motor Battery Coolant Level Sensor (2) - Remove
