Installation Procedure

    Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Inlet Hose (1) - Install

  2. Retainer (2) - Engage

    Radiator Inlet Hose Clip (2) @ Engine Cooler Fan - Install

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Inlet Hose (1) @ Hybrid/EV Propulsion System Coolant Control Valve 1 - Install

  5. Retainer (2) - Engage

    Underbody Splash Shield (3) - Install

  7. Connect the electrical connector.
    8. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  8. Underbody Splash Shield Bolt- Lower (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  9. Underbody Splash Shield Bolt- Upper (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Front Bumper Fascia Skid Plate- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

  11. Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  12. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  13. Inspect for coolant leaks.
