Circuit/System Description

The battery charger is controlled with a charger enable signal and a serial data communication circuit from the battery energy control module 1. The charger enable signal is set to 12 V when the battery energy control module 1 is awake. This allows the battery charger to operate while driving to allow DC voltage sensor operation.
