Installation Procedure

  1. GM5865884

    Install the rear window channel (1) into the window opening.

  2. GM5865882

    Push the rear window channel (1) onto the pinch weld flange around the window opening until seated.

  3. GM5864700

    Install the rear window weatherstrip (1).

    NOTE:

    Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

    Connect the electrical connectors and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary.

  5. Body Side Rear Window Garnish Molding- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install [2x]

    Rear Window Lower Garnish Molding (1) - Install

  7. GM5777900

    Connect the wiring harness retainer.

  8. Headlining Rear Trim Panel (1) - Install
  9. GM5816533

    Connect the electrical connector.

  10. Rear Seat Position Center Reading and Courtesy Lamp (1) - Install
  11. Apply pressure upward on the rear seat position center reading and courtesy lamp (1) to engage the retaining tabs.
  12. Check the rear sliding window for proper operation.
