Installation Procedure

    Exhaust Front Bracket (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Position the wiring harness (2) in place and install the wring harness retainer (1) to the exhaust front bracket.

    Exhaust System Front Gasket (2) - Install NEW

  5. Nitrogen Oxides Catalytic Converter (1) - Install

    Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket (3) - Install

  8. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) @ Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket (3) - Install
  9. Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Exhaust Pipe Clamp (1) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

    NOTE:

    Coat the threads with anti-seize compound. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

    Exhaust Particulate Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Nitrogen Oxides Sensor- Position 3 (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Nitrogen Oxides Sensor-Position 2 (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  15. Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
  16. Inspect the exhaust system for leaks.
  17. Perform the catalyst reset procedure. Catalyst Reset
  18. Perform the nitrogen oxides catalyst reductant loading reset procedure. Nitrogen Oxides Catalytic Converter Reductant Loading Reset
  19. Perform the nitrogen oxides catalytic converter reset procedure. Nitrogen Oxides Catalytic Converter Reset
