Installation Procedure

    Install the chassis rear wiring harness extension harness (1).

    Connect the 3 chassis rear wiring harness extension harness connectors (1).

    Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Clip (1) - Install [ 2x ]

    NOTE:

    It may be necessary to raise rear suspension to create clearance for full removal/install of upper bracket bolt.

    Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Connect

    Apply a light coat of wheel speed anti-corrosion grease to the rear wheel speed sensor (1) and mounting pad on the rear steering knuckle. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 

  10. Rear Wheel Speed Sensor (1) - Install

    Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] - Fastener Specifications 

  12. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
  13. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  14. Verify the repair is complete. Diagnostic Repair Verification
