Installation Procedure

Position the rear differential (1) in the vehicle.
Connect the electrical connector (1) to the electronic clutch control module.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the rear differential mounting bolts (1).
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
Install the torque tube bolt (1).
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 160 N.m (118 lb ft).

- Refill the rear differential assembly. Axle Lubricant Change
- Install the rear wheel drive shaft. Rear Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Left Side , Rear Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side
- Install the tires and wheels. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Program the K47 Rear Differential Clutch Control Module. Control Module References
