Installation Procedure

Water Pump Gasket (2) - Install NEW 000
Water Pump (1) - Install

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Water Pump Bolt (3) - Install and tighten in sequence [ 6x ]
1. First Pass: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
2. Final Pass: (45 degrees)
Water Pump Pulley (4) - Install - Water Pump Pulley Replacement
Engine Mount-Right Side - Install - Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side
Fill the cooling system.
Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or

Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
Start the engine and check for leaks.
