Installation Procedure
- NOTE:
- Fuel feed front pipe contains a check valve and needs to be installed properly to prevent engine performance issues.
- The fuel feed front pipe end with Oetiker clamp (3) must be connected to the high pressure pump on the engine.
Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Connect [ 2x ] - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Front Pipe Retainer (1) - Install
Engine Control Module and Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Install
- Engine Control Module and Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb/in)
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
- Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Cycle ignition to pressurize fuel system and check for fuel leaks.
