Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection

    Intake Manifold Cover (3) - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct (3) - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct Replacement

    Drive Belt (2) - Remove - Drive Belt Replacement

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (4)

  6. Generator Terminal Protective Boot (1) - Remove
  7. Generator Nut (2) - Remove
  8. Battery Positive Cable (3) - Remove

    Generator Bolt (1) - Remove [2X]

  10. Remove the generator. (2)
