Installation Procedure

    Generator (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Generator Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
  3. Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

    Electrical Connector (4) - Connect

  5. Generator Cable (3) - Install
  6. Generator Nut (2) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  7. Generator Terminal Protective Boot (1) - Install
  8. Install the drive belt to the generator pulley. Drive Belt Replacement

    Underbody Splash Shield (2) - Install - Underbody Splash Shield Replacement (without ZR2) , or Underbody Splash Shield Replacement (with ZR2) , or Underbody Splash Shield Replacement (Bison)

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

  11. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
