Compression Compare the compression readings from all of the cylinders. Maximum pressure differential 100 kPa (14.5 psi).

Oil Pressure @ 1500 RPM 100°C - 199.95 kPa (29 psi)

Compression The lowest reading should not be less than 70 percent of the highest reading.
No cylinder reading should be less than 690 kPa (100 psi).

Oil Pressure @ 700 RPM 100°C - 154-220 kPa (22-32 psi)

Turbocharger equipped engines - No cylinder reading should be less than 690 kPa (100 psi). Non-Turbocharger equipped engines - No cylinder reading should be less than 965 kPa (140 psi)

Oil Pressure - Minimum @ Idle 69 kPa (10 psi)
@ 2000 RPM 136 kPa (20 psi)

Torque Fastener Specifications
Fluid Specifications See FLUIDS under MAINTENANCE/FLUIDS tab. From within Manager or Service Writer, click the "30/60/90 Interval" or "Maint." button.
Flex Plate (2.0L A/T) Torque First Pass: 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
Final Pass: 40 Degrees
Flex Plate (2.5L A/T) Torque First Pass: 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
Second Pass: 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
Final Pass: 40 Degrees
Flex Plate (3.6L A/T) Torque First Pass: 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
Final Pass: 45 Degrees
Fuel System
Pressure Specification
2.0L Ignition ON, engine OFF, command the Fuel Pump Enable On. Verify that the scan tool Fuel Pressure Sensor parameter is between 345-650 kPa (50-94 psi).
With engine idling, verify that the scan tool Fuel Pressure Sensor parameter is between 300-400 kPa (43-58 psi).
2.5L Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode & Engine - Off. Perform the scan tool control function: Fuel Pump Enable - On. Verify that the scan tool Fuel Pressure Sensor parameter is between 345-650 kPa (50-94 psi) - While the fuel pump is running.
With engine idling, verify that the scan tool Fuel Pressure Sensor parameter is between 300-400 kPa (43-58 psi).
