Preliminary Procedures

1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LCV, LGX) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LCV, LGX) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LSY) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LSY) 
2. Throttle Body Assembly Replacement

1. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector - Disconnect
2. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LCV, LGX) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LCV, LGX) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LSY) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LSY) 
3. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
