Installation Procedure
Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator (1) - Install
Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side (LCV)
Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LCV)
- Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (LCV, LGX, without V08)
- Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LCV, LGX, without V08)
- Wiring Harness@Engine Coolant Fan - Connect
Electrical Connector (1) @Engine Coolant Fan - Connect
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV)
Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LCV From Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator and Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV)
- Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (With V08) , or Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (without V08)
- Radiator Support Baffle - Install - Radiator Support Baffle Replacement (LCV)
- Radiator Air Upper Baffle - Install - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LCV)
Intake Air Splash Shield (3) - Install - Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement
Front Bumper Fascia Center Support - Upper (4) - Install - FRONT BUMPER FASCIA CENTER SUPPORT REPLACEMENT - UPPER
Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Front Upper Baffle Replacement (LCV, LGX)
Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Replacement (LCV, LGX)
- Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LCV, LGX) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LCV, LGX)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
