Circuit/System Verification
- Verify the customer has the Proactive Alert SAC001 from OnStar, or by using the scan tool "Vehicle Diagnostics" - "Vehicle Proactive Alerts", or Service Workbench Alerts.
- If Proactive Alert SAC001 is present.
Refer to Battery Replacement
- If Proactive Alert SAC001 is present.
- Clear the Proactive Alert using the scan tool "Vehicle Diagnostics" - "Vehicle Proactive Alerts".
- Go to next step: If Proactive Alert SAC001 is not present.
- All Ok.
NOTE:
No Diagnosis Time for Battery charging and testing is allowed. Battery charging and testing is NOT required.
