Preliminary Procedure Power Transfer Unit Heat Shield Replacement (M3D transmission with LTG engine)
1	Power Transfer Unit Shift Actuator Bolt[4x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Power Transfer Unit Shift Actuator Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors. NOTE: The shift fork must be lined up with the shift collar when it is installed.
3	Power Transfer Unit Shift Actuator Seal Procedure Inspect and replace as necessary. Fill the power transfer unit to the correct level using the proper fluid. Approximate Fluid Capacities Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
