Installation Procedure

- Install Brake Caliper (1)
- Install Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) and tighten 40 N.m (30 lb ft)
- Install Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (1) @Brake Hose Fitting (2)
- Install Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) and tighten 40 N.m (30 lb ft)

- Install the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
CAUTION:
The phenolic brake caliper piston can be damaged if it contacts the edges of the brake pads upon installation. To avoid phenolic brake caliper piston damage, carefully hold the brake pads against the rotor and do NOT allow the caliper piston to contact the edges of the brake pads while installing the caliper. If the brake caliper piston sustains any damage, the entire caliper will need to be replaced.

Install NEW brake hose fitting gaskets.
