Installation Procedure

  1. Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block (1) - Install

  2. Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [6x]

  3. Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Mounting Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 7 N.m (62 lb in)
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Wiring Harness Terminal (4) - Install [5x]

  5. Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Nut (1) - Install and tighten [5x] 4.7 N.m (42 lb in)
  6. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (3) - Install
  7. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Nut (2) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
  8. Junction Block Cover (2) - Install

  9. Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [2x]
  10. Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Cover (2) - Install

  11. Retaining Tab (1) - Engage [3x]
  12. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9) .
