Installation Procedure

  1. Install fuse block and tabs (1) to the battery.

  2. Fuse Block Wiring Harness Terminal - Install[5x]

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Body Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (1) - Install and tighten [4x]9N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Starter and Generator Positive Cable Nut(2) - Install and tighten12N.m (106 lb in)
  5. Connect the body wiring harness connector. (1)

  6. Battery Positive Cable - Install

  7. Battery Positive Cable and Nut(2) - Install and tighten9N.m (80 lb in)
  8. Install the small wire.
  9. Positive Battery Cable Nut (1) Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  10. Starter Solenoid Cable(2) - Install

  11. Starter Solenoid Cable Nut(1) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in).
  12. Fuse Block Cover(1) - Install

  13. Battery Negative Cable - Connect - Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
