Installation Procedure

    NOTE:
    • Fuel feed front pipe contains a check valve and needs to be installed properly to prevent engine performance issues.
    • The fuel feed front pipe end with Oetiker clamp (3) must be connected to the high pressure pump on the engine.
  1. Connect Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  2. Install Fuel Feed Front Pipe Retainer (1).

  3. Install Engine Control Module and Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (1).
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Install Engine Control Module and Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  5. Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement 
  6. Install Intake Manifold Cover - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  7. Cycle ignition to pressurize fuel system and check for fuel leaks.
