Installation Procedure

  1. Install Radiator (1)

  2. Install Engine Coolant Fan (1) @ Radiator - Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LTG)

  3. Install Radiator Upper Bracket - Right Side (2) - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side

  4. Install Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side (2) -Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side

  5. Install Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9)

  6. Install Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (2) @ Radiator - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator to Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe LTG)

  7. Install Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9)

  8. Install Charge Air Cooler (2) -Charge Air Cooler Replacement
  9. Install Air Conditioning Condenser - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
  10. Connect the electrical connectors.

  11. Install Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LH7 LTG LYX)

  12. Install Radiator Air Lower Baffle (1) - Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement (LH7 LTG LYX) 
  13. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  14. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
  15. Install Front Bumper Fascia -Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Equinox)Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Terrain)
