Installation Procedure

  1. Install Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (2) @ Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Hose
  2. Install Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer (1).

  3. Connect Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
  4. Install Intake Manifold Cover -Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  5. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  6. Check the cooling system for leaks.
