Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect Battery Negative Cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
  2. Fig 1: Fuse Block Cover

  3. Remove Fuse Block Cover (1)
  4. Fig 2: Starter Solenoid Cable And Nut

  5. Remove Starter Solenoid Cable Nut (1)
  6. Reposition Starter Solenoid Cable (2)

  8. Remove Battery Positive Cable Nut (1)
  9. Remove the small wire.
  10. Remove Battery Positive Cable (2)

  12. Disconnect the body wiring harness connector. (1)

  14. Remove Body Wiring Harness Terminal Nut (1) (Qty: 4)
  15. Remove Generator and Starter Nut (2)
  16. Remove Wiring Harness Terminals (Qty: 5)

  18. Unclip the fuse block tabs (1) and remove from the battery.
