Radio Antenna Base Replacement

Preliminary Procedure It is only necessary to lower the headliner. Only do those steps in headliner replacement that will lower the headliner enough to gain access to the part. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With C3U)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Without C3U)
1	Radio Antenna Base Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Radio Antenna Base Retainer NOTE: Discard retainer and replace with new retainer.
3	Radio Antenna Base Procedure Disconnect the electrical connectors. Fully remove the old bolt and retainer prior to removing antenna through roof. New antenna bolt and retainer will fit through roof opening prior to tightening the bolt and compressing the retainer.
