Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Brake Dust Warning

  1. Without draining the engine coolant and without disconnecting the hoses, remove and position aside the radiator surge tank. - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX with V08)Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LCV)

    Wheel Speed Sensor Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect

  3. GM4260235

    Retainer (1) @ Strut Tower - Release

  4. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  5. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation

    Wheel Speed Sensor Harness Pass Through Grommet (1) - Release

  7. GM4260240

    Retainer (1) @ Strut Assembly - Release

  8. Retainer (2) @ Wheelhouse - Release

    Retainer (1) @ Strut Assembly - Release

  10. GM4260243

    Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt (1) - Remove

  11. GM4260246

    Wheel Speed Sensor (1) - Remove
