Preliminary Procedures Relieve the system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief . Remove the fuel pump cover. Refer to Fuel Pump Cover Replacement .
1	Fuel Feed Intermediate Pipe CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure DISCARD the pipe when removed, and install a NEW pipe. Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks. Tighten 30 N.m (22 lb ft) NOTE: The pipe fittings are a one time use, always install a NEW fuel pump intermediate pipe.
