Installation Procedure

  1. Connect Battery Positive Cable Retainer (1)

  2. Install Battery Positive Cable (2)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Install Battery Positive Cable Nut (3) and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  4. Install the positive battery cable protective cap to the generator terminal.(1)

  5. Install Battery Positive Cable (4)
  6. Install Battery Positive Cable Nut (3) and tighten 13 N.m (115 lb in)
  7. Install Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Cover (2).
  8. Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct.Charge Air Cooler Outlet Duct Replacement
  9. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
