Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Fuel Injector Deadener. Refer to Fuel Injector Deadener Replacement »Remove
    2. Fig 1: Diesel Fuel Separator, Bracket Fastener And Glow Plug Wiring Harness

  2. Remove Diesel Fuel Separator Bracket Bolt (1)
  3. Reposition Diesel Fuel Separator (2)
    4. NOTE:

    Long nose pliers may be helpful in disconnecting the glow plug wiring harness from the glow plugs.

  4. Disconnect Diesel Glow Plug Wiring Harness (3) (Qty: 4) @ Glow Plugs

  5. Remove the glow plugs (1) (Qty: 4) from the cylinder head.
