Sunroof Window Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the sunroof panel side opening closeout cover. Refer to Sunroof Panel Side Opening Closeout Cover Replacement .
1	Front Sunroof Window Screw (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Open the sunshade to the full open position. Place the sunroof in the vent position to access the screws. Lift the sunroof window out of the frame. Tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)
2	Front Sunroof Window Procedure Sunroof window height and opening fit adjustment. Refer to Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment . Water test to ensure that sunroof window and window seal is fitting properly in the close position.

Front Sunroof Window Screw (Qty: 4)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

Open the sunshade to the full open position.
Place the sunroof in the vent position to access the screws.
Lift the sunroof window out of the frame.

Tighten
5 N.m (44 lb in)

Procedure

Sunroof window height and opening fit adjustment. Refer to Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment .
Water test to ensure that sunroof window and window seal is fitting properly in the close position.
