Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Generator Bolt

  1. Generator (2) » Install
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Generator Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  3. Electrical Connector (4) » Connect
  4. Battery Positive Cable (1) » Install
  5. Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) @ Generator » Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  6. Protective Cap (3) » Install

  7. Drive Belt Idler Pulley (2) » Install Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement

  8. Install the drive belt. (1) Drive Belt Replacement
  9. Connect the A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Connector. Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement

  10. Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) » Install Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement

  12. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
