Circuit/System Verification

NOTE:

Test or replace the remote control batteries before performing the circuit/system verification.

  1. Ignition ON, radio ON, DVD playing.
  2. Verify that the Rear Seat Entertainment System audio/video operates.
    • If the Rear Seat Entertainment System operates. 
  3. Verify that all remote control functions operate.
    • If some, but not all, controls operate. 

      Replace the remote control.

    • If all controls are inoperative. 
    1. Replace the remote control.
    2. Verify that all remote control functions are working properly.
      • If all controls are inoperative.

        Refer to Circuit/System Testing

      • If all controls operate and perform the correct function.
    3. All OK.
    • If all controls operate and perform the correct function. 
  4. All OK.
