Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .

    WARNING:

    Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .

  1. Remove the fuel tank fuel pump module. Refer to Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Fuel Level Sensor Electrical Connectors

  2. Disconnect the fuel tank fuel pump module fuel level sensor electrical connectors (1) from the fuel tank fuel pump module (2).

  3. Depress the fuel tank fuel pump module fuel level sensor locking tabs (1).
  4. Remove the fuel tank fuel pump module fuel level sensor (2) from the fuel tank fuel pump module (3).
