Preliminary Procedure Disconnect the charge air cooler outlet duct from the throttle body. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .
1	Throttle Body Assembly Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten (10 N.m (89 lb in)
2	Throttle Body Assembly Procedure Disconnect the throttle body harness connector. Install a NEW throttle body gasket. If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is less than 30 grams, enable the DPF. Refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regeneration Enable . If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is 30 grams or greater, refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service Regeneration .

Throttle Body Assembly

Procedure

Disconnect the throttle body harness connector.
Install a NEW throttle body gasket.
If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is less than 30 grams, enable the DPF. Refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regeneration Enable .
If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is 30 grams or greater, refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service Regeneration .
