Preliminary Procedure Remove the turbo charger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement (LML) .
1	Fuel Pressure Sensor Fastener (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten First Pass 4 N.m (35 lb in) Second Pass 7 N.m (62 lb in)
2	Fuel Pressure Regulator Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector. If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is less than 30 grams, enable the DPF. Refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regeneration Enable . If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is 30 grams or greater, refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service Regeneration .

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is less than 30 grams, enable the DPF. Refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regeneration Enable .
If the scan tool DPF Soot Mass is 30 grams or greater, refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service Regeneration .
