Installation Procedure

  1. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Pipe Gasket (1) » Install a NEW gasket. [2x]

  2. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Pipe (2) » Install
  3. Hand start all of the fasteners.

  4. Tighten the 2 fuel filter bracket upper bolts (1). Fuel Filter Bracket Replacement

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  5. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Bypass Valve Outlet Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

  6. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Pipe Bolt (1) » Install and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

  7. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Bracket Bolt (1) » Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  8. Intake Manifold Tube » Install - INTAKE MANIFOLD TUBE REPLACEMENT
