Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel sender assembly (1) and O-ring (2).
    2. Fig 2: Identifying Cam Lock Ring

  2. Using the CH-45722  wrench , install the cam lock ring (1) by turning clockwise.

  3. Connect the fuel feed and return pipes (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
