Installation Procedure

  1. Install the coaxial antenna cables into the vehicle.
  2. Use electrical tape, or tie straps, to secure the antenna extension cable to the wiring harness.

    Secure the cable to the harness at least every 150 mm (6 in).

  3. Connect the antenna lead (1) to the I/P extension cable.

  5. Connect the antenna lead (1) to the antenna module/antenna base.
  6. Install the carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement and Rear Floor Panel Carpet Replacement .
  7. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement (Convertible) or Rear Seat Back Replacement (Sedan/Coupe) .
