2	Operate the memory seat system. Does the system operate normally?	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems	Go to Step 3
3	Disconnect the memory seat module (MSM). Connect a test lamp between battery positive voltage and each of the memory seat switch signal circuits, one at a time, and operate each switch respectively. Did the test lamp illuminate for each signal circuit when the circuits respective switch was operated?	Go to Step 5	Go to Step 4
4	Test for a open in the memory seat switch signal circuit. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Repairs. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 9	Go to Step 6
5	Inspect for poor connections at the harness connector of the MSM. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 9	Go to Step 7
