Lock All Doors (Second Operation)

On vehicles equipped with CTD, momentarily press the LOCK button a second time within 5 seconds in order to perform the following functions:
- Flash the exterior lights (if selected ON in personalization).
- Chirp the horn (if selected ON in personalization).
