Removal Procedure

  1. Place the module in the full open position.
  2. Remove the headliner. Refer toHeadliner Replacement (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada)Headliner Replacement (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) or Headliner Replacement (Envoy XUV) in Interior Trim.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the motor/actuator.
  4. Remove the motor. Refer toSunroof Motor/Actuator Replacement (Old Style PEZ)  or Sunroof Motor/Actuator Replacement (New Style MD4) .
  5. Push the window guides rearward on the track until the guides are positioned against the rear hard stop.
