Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front window run channel from the door.

    Important:  Do not tighten the bolt.

  2. Install the top bolt to the front window run channel, and finger-tighten the bolt.
  3. Install the window glass weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Front Door Window .
  4. Install the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Front Door .
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  5. Tighten the top bolt to the front window run channel.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the top bolt to the front window run channel to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
