Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT:

    Ensure to point the flow arrow on the MAF/IAT sensor assembly away from the air cleaner assembly.

  1. Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

    Connect the MAF/IAT sensor assembly and the air cleaner cover by tightening the hose clamp.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  2. Connect the MAF/IAT sensor assembly and the air inlet tube by tightening the hose clamp.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  3. Connect the MAF/IAT sensor harness connector.
