Installation Procedure

  1. With the aid of an assistant install the lift window (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the C-clips to the lift window hinges.

  3. Install the struts to the lift window. Refer to Liftgate Window Strut Replacement in Body Rear End.

  4. Connect the lift window rear defogger plug to the window.

  5. Clean any excess adhesive from the body.
  6. Remove the protective coverings and tape from the vehicle and the headliner.
  7. Close the lift window.
