Preliminary Inspection

Check CIG LTR fuse No. 13 (20-amp) and GAUGES fuse No. 4 (10-amp) at instrument panel fuse block. Check PWR ACC circuit breaker. Ensure all electrical connectors, circuits and grounds are good. Try second transmitter if available. If second transmitter works, replace battery in first transmitter. If still inoperable, replace first transmitter.
