Preliminary Inspection

Check fuses, and replace as necessary. Visually inspect for broken or open wires. Check for a broken or partially broken wire inside insulation which could cause system malfunction but prove good in a continuity/voltage check with system disconnected. If problem exists, repair as necessary. If problem does not exist, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM TESTS  table under SYSTEM TESTS.
