Scan Tool Does Not Communicate With Entertainment & Comfort Data Line

Turn ignition OFF. Disconnect scan tool and radio connector C2. Check for continuity between radio connector terminal No. 15 and DLC terminal No. 14. If there is continuity, replace radio. If there is not continuity, repair open or cause of resistance in Dark Green 835 circuit wiring between radio and DLC.
