CS130 generator is non-repairable. It is electrically similar to earlier models. Major components of generators are delta stator, rectifier bridge, rotor with slip rings and brushes, a conventional pulley, dual internal fans and a voltage regulator. Pulley and fan cool the slip ring and frame.

The CS stands for Charging System and 130 is measurement, in millimeters, of outside diameter of stator laminations. Generator is rated at 100 amperes.

Generator features permanently lubricated bearings. Service should only include tightening of mounting components. Otherwise, generator is replaced as a complete unit.
