Injector pump on 5.9L diesel engine delivers fuel to each injector under extremely high pressure. Pressure in high pressure diesel fuel lines may reach 17,405 psi (120,007 kPa). High fuel injection pressure can cause personal injury if contact is made with skin. Use a sheet of cardboard when checking for fuel leaks.
