Door Module: Installation

  1. Fit door module and glass assembly into the door. Fit the glass into the rear channel inside the door.
  2. Install upper run channel bolt and tighten it.
  3. Install lock and handle to the back of the door module.
  4. Install wiring connector. Pull the wiring through the boot and connect it inside the door hinge pillar.
  5. Install new water deflector.
  6. Install top front and the top rear door module screws.
  7. Install door module to door screws.
  8. Install lower run channel bolt.
  9. Install door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL .
