Installation (All Models)

To install, reverse removal procedure. Use Pulley Installer (J-25033-B) to install pulley. Install pulley flush with end of pump shaft plus or minus .010" (.25 mm). Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at the end of this article. Fill reservoir (if necessary). Bleed air from system. Refer to HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEEDING  under LUBRICATION.
